On 31 January 2018, we welcome the news that we have retained our G1/V1 rating from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), evidencing that we are a well governed and financially strong organisation.
For all housing providers which own a thousand social housing units or more, the RSH publish regulatory judgement of their compliance with the governance and the viability requirements in the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.
