Our teams talk to many of our customers on the phone, but we have been made aware that some customers have been receiving calls from people pretending to be from Greatwell Homes, or from other companies, saying that their home is in need of many repairs and asking for payment. Be aware that these calls are not from us and are scams.
If you receive any calls that you are suspicious of, please don’t share any sensitive personal or security information – hang up and call us directly on 01933 234450 where we will be able to tell you if the call you received was genuine.
We will always show an ID badge when we visit your home. If in doubt, close the door and give us a call.
