Housing Diversity Network Conference 2024

A couple members of our Together Greatwell customer group attended the annual convention, which, as always, attracted a large crowd and featured a variety of workshops led by industry experts. Tobi, Katie, and I travelled to Birmingham for the event, where we reconnected with familiar faces and made new acquaintances. We all had a fantastic day and were able to share our insights with the Community Involvement team.
The workshops covered many thought-provoking topics, including the recent summer riots that impacted the county. It was inspiring to learn about the progress other Housing Associations are making on the journey of equality, diversity, and inclusion. During breaks, we took the opportunity to network and connect with representatives from various organisations.
Our customers thoroughly enjoyed the experience and have committed to returning next year. It was a rewarding day for all of us.
