We are happy to announce that we have received the top regulatory ratings by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), putting us among the top housing associations in the country.
The Governance 1 and Viability 1 (G1:V1) ratings confirms that we fully meet the regulator’s requirements evidencing that we are a well-run and financially stable organisation.
The result follows an In Depth Assessment conducted by RSH over recent months and which involved detailed scrutiny of documents, processes, analysis of data, interviews with our Executive Management Team and an observation of a board meeting – The In Depth Assessment is the housing sectors equivalent of an Ofstead inspection, testing leadership strength and financial viability.

“We spent several months providing extensive documentary evidence, which was then backed up with interviews with some board members and executive directors.
“This rating should also give great confidence to our customers, staff and partners to know that we have been through the most rigorous testing, and pass it with flying colours.”
