Jo Savage, Chief Executive of Greatwell Homes, welcomes the commitment in the Chancellors’ Autumn Statement 2016 of an additional £1.4 billion to provide new affordable homes.
She stated: “Greatwell Homes already has a commitment to develop 500 new homes by 2019 and has a pipeline to deliver 400 of these already. We eagerly await the detail of the Autumn Statement to understand if this enables Greatwell Homes to increase our ambitions even further to play our part in providing much needed affordable housing.”
