A new exercise class has started at Knights Court in Wellingborough in order to get those with lower mobility moving and exercising.
The class, which is led by Melissa’s Movers, started on the 3rd December and takes place every Tuesday from 12.15pm. Set in a relaxed atmosphere, the class is suitable for beginners and are perfect for the physically independent older adult. They include strength and balance work whilst keeping it fun and entertaining.
Our Independent Living schemes are designed to provide a combination of housing and tailored support to those who need it. Melissa’s Movers’ class will not only help customers become more active, but it’s a great way to interact and engage with new people!
This fun and popular class is open to anyone (not just Greatwell Homes customers) but those living in Knights Court will get a discounted rate.
The sessions cost £2.50 for the first session and £5 for every other session. Those living in Knights Court can pay £3.50 for each session. There is also a loyalty card scheme in place so for every 10 sessions you complete, you get one for FREE!
