Following the Government’s ‘stay at home’ policy, we put many of our services on hold in order to help tackle Covid-19, protect the NHS and save lives.
We have continued to review the services that we can provide within the current circumstances to ensure that you, your families, your homes and our staff are as safe as possible.
It’s also important that we try to minimise any back log of works during this time.
As a result of this, we have made the decision to start up two of our services that were currently on hold from Monday 11th May 2020.
We have already been cutting grass where it is a potential health and safety risk, but from next week we will be starting up our estates services and cutting grass in other areas of our communities.
Due to Government guidance and maintaining social distancing, we are only able to operate half of our Greatwell Places team. Please be assured that we will aim to cut grass areas as quickly as possible.
We are also starting to work on our existing empty homes to ensure that they are ready for people to move in to. We will always be operating within Government advice.
Of course, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority and we have taken out detailed risk assessments to ensure these services are done as safely as they possibly can be, and within Government guidelines.
You can find more information regarding our services during the coronavirus outbreak here.
