We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Heating Engineer to join our new Greatwell Heating team.

You will be required to carry out a full range of customer focused high-quality gas repairs, maintenance, and servicing works to our tenanted and void properties.

What you’ll be doing:

Undertake a range of general repairs, maintenance, and servicing tasks within occupied and void properties for new and existing heating systems.

Ensure on-site installations comply with industry accreditation guidelines.

Complete detailed and accurate risk assessments before completing any works.

About you:

Have the relevant qualifications as per the person specification- CPA1, CCN1, CKR1, CENWAT, HTR1, HWSS

Experience of working within a reactive Heating repairs, maintenance, and servicing role.

Experience of working in occupied domestic properties and dealing with customers including vulnerable people.

Ability to use hand held personal digital assistant (PDA) technology efficiently.
