This is a fantastic opportunity to join Greatwell Homes within a development role and be a key part of delivering true social value in a key area such as housing. This role will allow the successful applicant the opportunity to experience a broad range of finance disciplines in a dynamic, progressive and supportive environment along with support to complete a AAT qualfication.

The trainee finance officer will work towards ensuring the accurate and prompt posting of all transactions to rent accounts, ensuring invoices are accurately inputted and matched to authorised orders and ensuring payments are processed within agreed timescales.

Suitable candidates for this role will be organised, enthusiastic and be able to demonstrate attention to detail and will know the importance of having strong financial controls and processes. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and experience of working in a customer focused environment. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a high quality and efficient finance service to the organisation.
