We’re delighted and proud to share that our customer satisfaction survey results increased in all 12 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) from 2023/24 to 2024/25.
This infographic highlights our top five biggest improvement areas across our management of anti-social behaviour, making a positive contribution to our neighbourhoods, satisfaction with repairs and the time taken to complete a repair, and agreement that we treat tenants fairly and with respect.

There are 22 measures in total and in addition to the 12 TSMs, 10 come from management information systems covering our day-to-day work. The results of all these will be published in full in June 2025.
