Due to extreme weather conditions over the last week, we received an unprecedented amount of phone call, emails and other communications from our customers.
These adverse weather conditions caused delays in responses to emergency repairs but we worked closely with our out of hours phone service and contractors to provide extra resources to compete with demand.
